An excellent opportunity for a property/compliance administrator to join this respected, well established independent sales and letting agent based in Selly Oak Birmingham. This exceptional local brand has an established sales & lettings business and is looking for a quality Property/Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is a Tuesday/Wednesday to Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-1pm role.
Preferably, The successful administrator will be experienced within Property sector, hardworking and reliable. You must be very presentable, a strong communicator, and be able to use your own initiative. A understanding of lettings legislation and ability to deal with a variety of situations would be an advantage.
The property/compliance administrator will have had previous experience working within an similar administrative environment, ideally within a similar property related role and will be happy to conduct property visits/viewings if required.
This role will include all aspects of Property administration including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with compliance and dealing with general lettings administration.
This is an office-based role.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount

Salary £23,000-£28,000 depending on experience and hours
