Link3 Recruitment is proud to be supporting a fantastic secondary school in Solihull, and we’re currently recruiting Qualified Teachers (QTS) across all subject areas to join their team on a supply, long-term, or permanent basis.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4, with subject specialism welcome in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, or other core subjects
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs
• Be passionate about helping young people build confidence and achieve success
• Be a great team player who is reliable, professional, and committed to their role
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Understand how to motivate and engage secondary-aged learners through innovative teaching strategies
