Link3 Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work in vibrant and inclusive schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas. The Role:
We are looking for Qualified Teachers (QTS essential) to provide engaging, high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is perfect for those seeking day-to-day flexibility, short-term placements, or longer-term roles, including Maternity or Sickness cover contracts.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be flexible, adaptable, and confident across different year groups
• Embrace diversity and be passionate about inclusive education
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
