Location: School-Based Roles across Coventry & Surrounding Areas
Contract Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Link3 Recruitment is seeking skilled and passionate Tutors and Booster Group Tutors to work within school settings, supporting children both 1:1 and in small groups. These vital roles focus on helping pupils meet and exceed their learning objectives, working closely with class teachers to raise attainment in Phonics, English, and Maths.
The Role:
As a Tutor or Booster Group Tutor, you will:
• Deliver targeted 1:1 or small group sessions designed to boost pupil progress
• Support class teachers by reinforcing learning objectives and tailoring sessions to pupil needs
• Use your expertise to improve pupils’ confidence and attainment in Phonics, English, and Maths
• Track and report on pupil progress to ensure continued improvement
• Work in a supportive school environment, collaborating as part of the wider teaching team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Have proven experience tutoring or supporting pupils in Phonics, English, and/or Maths
• Be confident delivering both 1:1 and group support in a school setting
• Understand the importance of collaborating with class teachers to align support with curriculum goals
• Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
• Be reliable, organised, and flexible to meet school timetables

DBS Requirement:
