Support Worker - Bournemouth Hours: 37.5 per week (two-week rota: Week 1 Mon-Fri, Week 2 three weekdays + weekends) Salary: £13.00 per hour Note: Sponsorship not available.
Join a team making a real difference every day. We're looking for caring, reliable, and flexible Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  Personal care and hygiene
• 
  Medication support
• 
  Meal prep and domestic tasks
• 
  Attending appointments and social activities
• 
  Promoting independence
• 
  Record keeping and care plan updates

Requirements:

• 
  Good communication and teamwork
• 
  Able to work alternate weekends and shifts between 7am-10:30pm
• 
  Literate and numerate in English
• 
  Willing to complete the Care Certificate
