We are looking for a new team member for our busy and varied farming business near Cromer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of roles across the farm and estate. This will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Farm work, including help with livestock, managing environmental schemes, record keeping.
- Building & maintenance, painting, DIY etc. of estate buildings and cottages
- Estate work such as light tree felling, fencing, tidying up, etc.
- Gardening, fruit picking and pruning
All relevant training will be provided, and experience not as important as the right attitude. This role will suit someone who enjoys working outside and getting their hands dirty. No two days are the same and a can-do flexible approach is essential.
Requirements
- Some previous experience in practical work
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work alone or party of a team, and to manage time appropriately
- Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
