Our secondary school client is currently seeking an inspiring and experience interim RE Teacher for KS4 & KS5.
You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the ongoing development of their Humanities department.
This school has an excellent reputation, excellent pupil behaviour and is committed to teacher development.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress.
• Develop and implement engaging teaching materials
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Humanities department.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience of delivering Religious Studies at KS3, KS4
• Proven track record of strong student outcomes
• Experience or potential to lead and inspire a department
• Degree educated
