Role Purpose
To provide professional cleaning services to domestic and commercial clients in line with LPA’s standards and SafeClean requirements. The role requires the postholder to travel between client locations and deliver high-quality cleaning, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface cleaning.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to professional standards.
• Undertake deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, and decluttering support as required.
• Follow LPA’s checklists to ensure quality and consistency of service.
• Safely use cleaning products and equipment according to training provided.
• Report damages, hazards, or client concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Travel between client properties using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Essential:
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Reliability, punctuality, and honesty.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility with working hours.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning (full training will be given)
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe product use.
