Neighbourhood Housing Officer needed in Gosport Paying £13.07 per hr ref 5278000

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of housing management services including rent collection, tenancy sustainment, and void management.
Engage with customers to understand their circumstances and identify barriers to successful tenancy management.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to connect residents with appropriate support services.
Respond effectively to tenancy breaches, including anti-social behaviour, and take appropriate enforcement action, including attending court when necessary.
Conduct home visits, face-to-face interviews, and telephone assessments to understand financial and personal circumstances.
Manage the voids process from notice to re-let, ensuring properties are turned around efficiently.
Attend resident meetings and occasionally work outside normal office hours to engage with hard-to-reach tenants.
