Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
A well-established production facility in the outskirts of Honiton is seeking reliable, proactive Production Operatives to join its growing team. This full-time, permanent role offers a great opportunity to build experience in a clean, process-driven setting with strong team support and training.
Please note: Due to limited public transport links, this site is difficult to access unless you drive or live locally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Operating machinery and equipment to meet daily production targets
• Following clear processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and accuracy
• Supporting your team with packing, labelling, and general production tasks
• Reporting issues and contributing to a smooth production flow
What You’ll Bring:
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is helpful but not essential
