Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Introduction
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly service that caters for ten adults with learning disabilities, based in the Great Yarmouth area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Care Home Manager, who is not afraid of hard work, with proven leadership skills, to work with the Operations Team to guide the home back to a Good CQC rating.
This is a service with a strong person-centred ethos, supporting adults to live as independently as possible whilst receiving high-quality care and support. We passionately believe that all of the people we support, no matter how complex their needs, should not miss out on any opportunities in life — and your role will be to work as part of a team to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
You will have excellent support from the Operations Team as well as the wider Head Office team.

You should possess the following qualities:
• Strong leadership skills
• Caring nature
• High integrity
• Ability to inspire people
• Team player
• Great organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• RNLD or RMN (active NMC pin) – desirable but not essential
Reports to: Operations Manager

Skills and Attributes Required:
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs, Fundamental Standards, and Quality Statements
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Dynamic and driven, with a clear ambition to develop
• Good IT skills (you will be working with various digital platforms)
• Full UK driving licence
