Join Our Team as a Women’s Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women? The Nelson Trust is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Wiltshire. As a Women’s Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker, you will play a crucial role in diverting women away from the Criminal Justice System and into supportive services that promote rehabilitation and recovery.

What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full-Time Hours: 35 hours per week with flexibility
Generous Pension: 6% employer contribution

Your Role:
Provide one-to-one and group support to women with vulnerabilities
Coordinate multi-agency approaches to safeguard and manage risk
Empower women to make positive changes and enhance their well-being

What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience of working with women with multiple complex needs (MCN)
Experience of developing partnerships with local organisations
Experience of undertaking needs assessments and maintaining risk assessments
In-depth knowledge of issues facing vulnerable women, including domestic abuse, mental health, accommodation, substance misuse, and finance
Ability to engage with women who may find it difficult to engage with services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to extending professional competence and reflecting on practice
