At Health Innovation Manchester (HInM), we harness the power of innovation to transform the health and wellbeing of Greater Manchester's 2.8 million citizens. By accelerating innovation into the NHS and wider care system, we improve lives, reduce inequalities, and deliver better health outcomes.
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is a critical position within HInM, providing financial and commercial expertise to support our ambitious programme of transformation across health, care, industry, and academia.
Health Innovation Manchester is hosted by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT).
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead HInM’s finance and procurement work. You’ll support financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance, ensuring the organisation meets its statutory duties and operates sustainably. This includes budgeting, financial performance, costing, procurement, commercial contracts, and risk management.
As a trusted adviser, you’ll work with Senior Managers and Delivery Teams, supporting programmes, projects and strategic decisions. You will also work externally with key stakeholders including NHS bodies, universities, local authorities, industry partners, and national funders.
