Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an Office Admin Manager to cover a fixed term contract based in Luton.
The fixed term contract will be for 13 months with a potential to extend the role or become permanent.
Key Skills:
• Must have previous experience in an office administration role.
• Basic Bookkeeping experience with accounting software skills (Sage or similar)
• Good IT skills in Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Team player
The Role:
• General admin and bookkeeping tasks to include dealing with customer queries on the phone, scheduling appointments, preparing reports
• Creating purchase orders and customer quotes
• Generating and processing invoices
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
• All other admin tasks as required
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm - Office based
Salary: £28,000 pa to £30,000 pa + Benefits
