These are entry level Administration and Customer Service based roles which do not need previous office based experience. If you are currently working in retail or hospitality and are looking for a change these roles may appeal to you.
We’re looking for a motivated and organised candidate to join our clients growing administrative team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in administration, customer service, or general office support – without sacrificing your evenings and weekends.

Liaising via telephone with clients and external parties
Liaising via email
Working towards targets
Identify problems & reporting the problem to your Team Leader
Correctly interpret redemption statements and search results
Setting up files
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
What we're looking for
Great communication skills – written and verbal
A strong eye for detail and good organisation
Friendly, professional attitude
Experience in customer service (retail or hospitality welcome!)
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
