Are you an experienced electrican based around the Moreton in Marsh area, seeking a new and rewarding challenge?
Arcus FM are recruiting for an electrically biased M&E Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services to our site based client.

About the Role:
As a M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.
Responsibilities include:
- Electrical PPMs
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
- Fault finding and general repairs
- Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services
We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems.
Essential Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualification
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
- Valid UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a similar M&E role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety protocols
Desirable Qualifications:
- F-Gas Certification
- IOSH Working Safely qualification
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
Additional Information:
- 40-hour working week (Monday-Friday)
- Participation in a 1-in-6 week call-out rota, including weekends
