Administration Overview: Our Administration Assistants are the warm and welcoming face of our reception area. They greet visitors and answer telephone queries with professionalism and courtesy while providing support to our residents and their families. As part of the business team, you'll become familiar with the residents and support them as they go about their daily lives within the Home.
You'll be an essential part of the team, providing administrative support to the Business Relationship Manager and assisting with tasks like payroll, invoice processing, recruitment and maintaining staff records. This role is incredibly diverse, offering new challenges and opportunities for growth each day.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, Cadogan Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support. We can support up to 70 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career. We want you to feel confident and empowered to make the most of each day with us.

Situated along the outskirts of the historic city of Exeter, Cadogan Court is surrounded by landscaped gardens and stunning views over the city and Cathedral and is a short walk from bus and train services. There is free parking on site
