Job Role
In this supply role, you will play a key part in maintaining continuity and high standards during teacher absences.

Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range (as required by cover needs).

Actively support the school's commitment to literacy by promoting reading for pleasure and integrated reading strategies in all lessons.

Implement effective classroom management to ensure a safe, calm, and productive atmosphere.

Ensure constant awareness and adherence to all safeguarding protocols in line with the Learning Partnership's policy.
Required and Desirable Qualifications
We are looking for well-qualified and dedicated candidates ready to uphold the school's standards.

Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) [general requirement for Primary Teacher].

Required: Proven experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2.

Desirable: Experience in implementing specific reading strategies or phonics programs [based on "Reading awards hat-trick" commitment)
