Warehouse Supervisor – Chilled Food Manufacturing

Location: The Compleat Food Group, Lincoln Way, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 1QD

Shift: 3on 3off 17:45 pm – 06:15 am (40.25 hours per week)

Pay: £18.53 per hour (£38 783 per annum)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to take the reins of our busy Clitheroe warehouse — driving performance,
developing teams, and ensuring quality excellence from the ground up. If you're a natural leader with a passion for operational

What you will be doing:

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be leading and motivating a skilled Warehouse and Yard team to deliver high performance,
quality, and safety standards.

* Owning the daily flow of operations: from KPI reporting and team briefings to shift planning and stock control.
* Playing a pivotal role in cross-functional collaboration across departments and sites.
* Managing warehouse H&S compliance and ensuring rigorous adherence to food safety (BRC, HACCP).
* Using tech to your advantage: managing stock via computer-based systems and driving efficiency improvements.
* Driving continuous improvement culture while coaching and developing your team through training, appraisals, and structured
support.



What we need from you:

* Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a food manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
* Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3, HACCP knowledge, and FLT licenses (Counterbalance, PPT, Bendi/Pivot Steer).
* Knowledge of stock management systems and a deep understanding of H&S and BRC standards.
* Great communication skills, solid Microsoft Office know-how, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
* A proactive approach to training, people development, and quality control.
