FLB Group Ltd. are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to maintain and repair bookbinding machinery ranging in age from new to 65 years old. You will handle breakdowns, undertake preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades, and draft PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) plans to keep production running smoothly in this global stationery company.

What you’ll need:
• To be time served and hold a mechanical engineering qualification (e.g. City & Guilds/HNC or equivalent)
• To have strong mechanical skills, plus sound electrical knowledge
• To demonstrate experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment
• To have the ability to draft and implement PPM plans for machinery
• To be flexible, self-motivated, and a team-player
• Having experience of bookbinding machinery is a plus but not essential
