What skills and experience we're looking for

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include, effectively distributing everything received into the school office (paperwork, money, goods). Maintaining medical supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating supply needs and placing orders. The successful candidate must be able to receive and prioritise incoming telephone calls, and deal with them appropriately. You must be comfortable learning systems such as Arbor in order to input information such as pupil records but also to maintain and keep up to date all records. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator in order to support the smooth running of the school office.
