The home is proud of its high standards and relaxed, friendly culture—and is now looking for someone who shares the same values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
  • Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience
  • Ideally, experience working within a nursing home or older adult setting
  • Confident clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults
  • Reliability, kindness, and a team-focused approach

What’s in it for You:

  • Competitive pay: £22 per hour + paid breaks
  • Fully paid DBS check
  • Paid NMC renewal fee
  • Comprehensive induction and training programme
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support
  • Enhanced rates for bank holidays
  • Free uniform

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
  • Take clinical responsibility for care delivery during your shift
  • Oversee medication management and accurate record-keeping
  • Support, guide and mentor care staff as needed
  • Work collaboratively with families, GPs, and external health professionals
  • Maintain a calm, dignified environment that supports residents’ wellbeing
