Pay Rates:
Hourly pay varies based on shift type and parity status:
* Days: Pre Parity: £12.21 Post Parity: £12.23
* Twilight: Pre Parity: £12.21 Post Parity: £12.33
* Nights: Pre Parity: £12.51 Post Parity: £13.21
Shift Start Times:
Warehouse start times may vary:
* Days: Starts between 0800-1200
* Twilight: Starts between 12:00-17:00
* Inbound: Starts between 15:00-18:30
* Nights: Starts between 22:30-00:30
Key Responsibilities:
* Sorting parcels and packages for delivery
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and organised work space
* Working efficiently to meet daily targets

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Flexibility with shift patterns and working hours
* No specific qualifications required - full training provided
Additional Requirements:
To ensure safety and operational efficiency, all candidates will be required to complete:
1. Health & Safety (H&S) Competence Test
2. English Language Competence Test
These assessments are designed to confirm your understanding of workplace safety protocols and your ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment.
