The Role
As Head Waiter/Waitress, you will oversee the seamless operation of our fine-dining restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest receives impeccable service. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in a fast-paced, elegant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards.
-Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
-Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special guest requests.
-Train and mentor staff to uphold 5-star service quality.
-Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Maintain a pristine dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
-Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
About You
-We are looking for a charismatic and dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality and leadership.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Server in a fine-dining or 5-star hotel environment.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven leadership and team management abilities.
-Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) in Wine & Spirits is desirable but not essential.
