The Role...
As our Compliance & Training Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our South East Water contract runs to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You’ll take ownership of compliance checks, audits, and training processes, making sure every detail is spot-on and every team member is fully equipped to deliver excellence.
From preparing for external audits to keeping training records up to date, your work will directly impact the success and reputation of the contract. This is a role where precision meets proactivity your ability to stay ahead of the curve will make all the difference.
Here are some of the tasks you'll get involved with...
- Carry out internal inspections and audits across multiple depots (Lenham, Hazards Green, Aldershot, Buckhurst, and Tonbridge).
- Prepare for external audits (LRQA, WIRS, Achilles) and ensure non-conformances are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with Contract Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to embed compliance across the contract.
- Monitor training records, run reports, and ensure all training requirements are up to date.
- Partner with the central Quality Assurance team and the wider HSEQF team to maintain top-tier standards.
- Review and update policies, procedures, and contractual documents, including the Quality Plan and RACI charts.
- Respond to new requirements and ensure controlled documents are accurate and approved.

A bright, organised, and adaptable individual who can juggle multiple priorities.
Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A full UK driving licence (travel between depots is essential).
