Join Sodexo as a Front of House Manager atBelfast Erskine House, BT1 4GF,leading and supporting teams across cleaning, catering, reception, post room. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, achieving KPIs, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

What you will do:
  • Supervise and engage teams across soft FM services.

  • Maintain service standards in line with SLAs and KPIs.

  • Support weekly KPI reporting and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members.

  • Step up to cover management responsibilities when needed.

  • Build strong client and customer relationships.

  • Ensure stock, equipment, and resources are managed securely.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in cleaning, catering, or front-of-house operations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to standards.

Desirable:

  • Previous supervisory experience.

  • Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and MS Office tools.

  • Problem-solving and leadership skills.
