Role Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week probation)
- Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday
- Part-Time: Wednesday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students with a range of SEN needs in class and small groups
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional well-being
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with SEN children in a school or care setting
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills and a team mindset
- Relevant training or qualifications in SEN (desirable but not essential)
