Role Details

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week probation)
  • Schedule Options:
  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday
  • Part-Time: Wednesday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting students with a range of SEN needs in class and small groups
  • Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional well-being
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with SEN children in a school or care setting
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication skills and a team mindset
  • Relevant training or qualifications in SEN (desirable but not essential)
