The rate of pay is: £13.76 per hour

Primary operation trainer position:

The post is working Days
The hours of work and shift pattern available are for the Primary role: Monday to Friday 10:00am - 18:00pm
The rate of pay for the position is: £13.76 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:

Operational training of Machine Minders in our Portions sealing room.
Training admin to support operational training.
Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required

As an Operational Trainer in our Primary team your key responsibilities will be:

Training of a team across the AM and PM shifts totaling up to 94 staff across various roles and requirements within primary, EV and AWO's.
Ensuring staff meet standards and licencing levels required in the Primary and Ev areas.
Complete licence application in a timely manner for hanging staff.

Ideal Candidate:

An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management
Quality awareness
Train the Trainer
Health and Safety understanding
The ability to motivate others and be patient
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
An adaptable approach

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
