Outcome Reporting and Clinical Research Lead statistical analysis of SABR treatment data and contribute to retrospective and prospective PROM and CROM registries. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to deliver publishable evidence that supports internal learning, external engagement, and strategic positioning. Support the preparation of peer-reviewed papers, conference abstracts, and outcome summaries for patient and referrer audiences. Quality Assurance and Audit Ensure adaptive plan audit compliance across MR-Linac and SABR platforms through robust, reproducible analytics workflows. Provide early signal detection for error trends or deviations in practice, enhancing clinical governance and safety. Collaboration and Engagement Work closely with radiographers, clinicians, and service leads to embed analytics into clinical decision-making. Support monthly audit review processes. Contribute to training and mentoring of junior staff on the use of analytics tools. Reporting lines: As the SABR Analytics Lead Physicist, you report directly to the Principal Physicist for MR-Linac Service Development. This role has no direct reports.
