Crynodeb
Work autonomously undertaking holistic assessment examination in order to implement management plans for patients. Use specialist knowledge and skills to provide healthcare to patients attending the outpatient department. Participate in the delivery of formal and informal teaching for the nursing staff and act as a resource for education and development within the service To work as part of the Nursing team in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of a high standard of care that is patient centred and evidence based. To contribute towards the smooth running and development of the department through effective teamwork. To contribute to the cleanliness and tidiness of the departments environment. Work within codes of practice and professional guidelines.
