We are recruiting for the coolest, newly opened Restaurant in Hoxton!
The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.
Seeking an extraordinary Waiter/Waitress for The Brush Grand Café, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.
If you possess the finesse honed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling.
As our Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:
- Salary: £13.04 per hour plus generous TRONC - Up to £15.50/hr inc. SC

We are looking for our Waiter/Waitress, who:
- Takes drink and food orders in a timely and efficient manner and serves them with professionalism and following established service standards
- Answers guests' questions regarding the cocktail menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding to requests promptly
- Is fully flexible to work as per the rota including late evenings
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- Has previous Waiter/Waitress experience
