Multiple UK Locations | Negotiable Day Rate | 8am - 5pm | Long-Term, Ongoing Contract The RoleAcorn by Synergie is recruiting a Site Manager for a well-known client in the solar farm industry. This is a long-term opportunity with projects taking place across the UK. The successful candidate must be willing to work away from home when required.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with trades and subcontractors.
- Manage site labour and oversee daily operations.
- Control and monitor materials and deliveries.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Enforce health and safety procedures.
- Open and close the site each day.
You will be proactive, driven, and take full ownership of site activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements- CSCS Card
- SMSTS Certification
- First Aid Qualification
- Proven experience managing similar projects within construction or renewable energy sectors.
- Negotiable day rate (depending on experience).
- Long-term, ongoing contract work.
- Opportunity to work on high-profile solar projects nationwide.
