Global Financial Servicesfirm with a strong international presence is recruiting a SeniorBenefits Consultant to support their UK & European operations. Knownfor their strategic growth and commitment to employee wellbeing, they offer acollaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Reporting to senior leadership,you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the benefits and wellbeingstrategy across the region. This includes leading the annual benefits renewalprocess, evaluating market competitiveness, and ensuring alignment with globalenterprise objectives. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, andmanaging health and risk benefits across multiple jurisdictions.
To be successful, you'll bringat least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a complex,multinational organisation, ideally in financial services. You'll have a strongunderstanding of UK and European benefits frameworks, excellent stakeholderengagement skills, and the ability to thrive in a change-driven environment.
