Care Coordinator Opportunity – Grow With Us!
Location: Regus House, Dartford, Kent (overseeing services across Bexley, Essex & Medway)
*Required* :
Minimum experience of 1 year
Own drivers license
Have your own vehicle

As an established care provider with domiciliary care branches in Bexley & Essex and a supported living facility in Medway, we're committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. We're now seeking an ambitious Care Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.
Your Impactful Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll:
Design and manage efficient staff rotas to optimise care delivery
Conduct comprehensive care assessments and develop tailored support plans
Perform rigorous care and medication audits to maintain CQC compliance
Lead staff management including supervisions, spot checks and team meetings
Utilise Microsoft Excel & Word for data analysis and professional reporting
Source new care packages and contribute to business development
Drive marketing initiatives to expand our services and reputation
Work autonomously with innovation to enhance operational excellence
Your Profile:
✅ Proven track record in care/supported living coordination
✅ Advanced IT skills (MS Office essential)
✅ Expertise in care audits, medication management and staff leadership
✅ Full UK driving licence (highly desirable for multi-site work)
✅ Business development mindset with package sourcing experience
✅ Marketing acumen to support service expansion
✅ Self-motivated professional with growth ambition
