Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Location: Bedford, MK41 0LZ

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Working on the afternoon shift, starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role:

As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll be the go-to for stock movements, delivery notes, and customs processes. If you’re detail-driven, confident with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.



If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Logistics Administrator. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:



Role Responsibilities:

Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.
Understand the delivery process and product demand.
Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
Manage stock movements between depots.
Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
Create delivery and customer collect notes.
Manage customs and excise process.
Support Shift managers and senior managers.
Debrief and related investigations.



Experience and Key Attributes:

IT Literate with experience using MS Office.
Experience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.
Have sound numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.
Previous warehouse or stock administration experience.
Possess good initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
