Join hap for Lumiere 2025 and Get Festival-Ready for Summer 2026
We’re kicking things off early — not just for next summer’s legendary festivals, but with an amazing opportunity this November at Lumiere, the UK’s Festival of Light.
The Event: Lumiere 2025
Dates: 13–15 November 2025
Location: Durham, DH1
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Role: Steward
Since 2009, Lumiere has transformed Durham City into a glowing outdoor gallery, attracting over 1.3 million visitors.
As a Steward, you’ll:
Welcome and guide visitors through the event
Provide excellent customer service
Monitor crowd flow and event spaces
Help ensure safety and enjoyment for all
Training: You’ll need a free Action Counters Terrorism Certificate (link provided). Once complete, send your certificate to support@hapgroup.co.uk
Looking Ahead: Summer 2026 Festivals
Festival season 2025 was huge — Leeds, Creamfields, Wireless, Boardmasters, TRNSMT, Boomtown, Electric Picnic and more. In 2026, you can be part of it all with hap’s bar and event teams.
