Forklift Operator – Mold
Hexagon Recruitment is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy outdoor yard team in Mold. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in operating machinery safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to safely load and unload lorries and move materials around the yard.

Carry out stock rotation and ensure materials are stored correctly.

Assist with shipping and receiving processes, handling incoming and outgoing goods.

Perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues promptly.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area at all times.

Perform occasional manual lifting tasks safely, following correct techniques.

Work closely with team members to support efficient yard operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven forklift operating experience, preferably in the construction, or outdoor materials handling sectors.

Own transport (due to location).

Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Basic mechanical skills or experience with equipment troubleshooting is a plus.
