Forklift Operator – Mold

Hexagon Recruitment is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy outdoor yard team in Mold. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to safely load and unload lorries and move materials around the yard.


  • Carry out stock rotation and ensure materials are stored correctly.


  • Assist with shipping and receiving processes, handling incoming and outgoing goods.


  • Perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues promptly.


  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area at all times.


  • Perform occasional manual lifting tasks safely, following correct techniques.


  • Work closely with team members to support efficient yard operations.


    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven forklift operating experience, preferably in the construction, or outdoor materials handling sectors.


    • Own transport (due to location).


    • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.


    • Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.


    • Basic mechanical skills or experience with equipment troubleshooting is a plus.
