Crynodeb
Job Purpose: To provide high-quality clinical and administrative support across multiple GP practice sites, assisting the practice team in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Perform venepuncture and other blood sampling procedures safely and accurately. Administer immunisations, including flu vaccines and B12 injections. Measure and record patient blood pressure and other vital signs. Conduct NHS Health Checks and diabetic foot checks. Support clinicians during patient consultations and procedures as required. Maintain accurate patient records in line with practice policies and data protection regulations. Assist with the smooth running of clinical areas, including preparation and stock management of clinical equipment. Work flexibly across multiple practice sites to meet service needs. Participate in training and professional development activities as required. Stock management including ordering Safety checks including stock check and fridge temperature monitoring
