As a Care Assistant at Chatsworth Lodge, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture

With 39 bedrooms in our purpose-built home, each spacious room comes with its own en-suite and plenty of space to add your own belongings. Residents can also choose one of our larger rooms with two beds, perfect for couples who would like to stay together in our care home!
