CREWE
KPI Recruiting are looking to recruit for a receptionist to support in the Crewe office. You will be answering and transfering calls, assisting with candidate registrations and booking appointments into the office. This is a faced paced and exciting role, and would suit someone confident, professional and self motivated. You will be friendly, professional, and organised, so you will be managing our front desk and providing exceptional service to visitors and internal staff.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
YOUR NEW ROLE
• Booking registration appointments
• Assisting with candidate application packs
• Updating personal records
• Scanning documents and inputting ID onto the bespoke system
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Customer service background.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
