This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy multi-disciplinary coastal engineering team, managing coastal flood and erosion
risk on the south coast. You’ll develop your skills through an accredited apprenticeship alongside your role.

Coastal Partners provides a Coastal Risk Management Service to Havant Borough Council, Portsmouth City Council, Gosport Borough
Council, Fareham Borough Council and Chichester District Council that reduces the risks to people, and the developed and natural
environment from flooding and coastal erosion. This area includes three major harbours of significant environmental importance and
over 246km of coastline. Our mission is to design and construct new coastal defences, research critical issues such as flooding
and erosion, and maintain existing sea defences. With several exciting large-scale civil engineering projects in our portfolio, we
are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

As an Associate Project Manager Apprentice, you will work within an engineering technician role that plays a crucial part in
supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of coastal defence projects. Your work will directly contribute to safeguarding
