We have an exciting opportunity in Dermatology to become part of the waiting list co-ordinator team to be based at the Friends Dermatology Centre and the Kent and Canterbury hospital.
This Post is for Reception supervisor which is covering over the reception and overseeing all the day to day elements and managing the outcomes forms and supervising small team.
The Friends Dermatology Centre is located at the Kent and Canterbury hospital within the 1937 building. The department has access to their own procedure rooms and a wide range of clinicians undertaking surgical lists. This is an exciting opportunity to join a flexible, dynamic and close working team.
• Supervising a small team
• Responsible for outcome report/PTL to adhere to deadlines
• Preparing 2ww clinics
• Patient queries
• voicemails
• To greet patients. To provide a excellent patient service.
• Applicants are required to provide an efficient and streamlined administrative service to patients of East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust.
• To maintaining a high standard of customer service skills when dealing with patients/relatives and Staff both face to face and over the telephone.
• Preparing notes for our 2ww clinics and completing outcomes
• Handling telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Outcome appointments
• check in patients and rebook appointments
• theatreman update
• wound check organisation
• arrange transport
• manage clinic notes for day
• general administration
