Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family. This role offers a challenging and diverse environment where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating to the highest service standards.
-Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
-Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program.
-Answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
Requirements:
-Full current driving licence.
-IT literacy for record keeping.
-Good customer service skills.
-Physical ability to carry out the duties detailed in the job description.
-Highly self-motivated and solutions-focused.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector, or similar.
-Qualified to Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
