We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team on a permanent basis from November 2025.
Duties as a Secondary Teaching Assistant:
Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils across KS3 and KS4.
Assist with differentiated learning activities and small-group interventions.
Support students with additional needs to help them reach their potential.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
Ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with secondary-age students is desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills as a Secondary Teaching Assistant.
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
Relevant qualifications or training (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are an advantage.
