About You
Proven experience as an Operations Manager (preferably in construction or a related industry).
Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial and commercial awareness.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
Relevant qualifications in business management, construction management, or a related field.
