We're recruiting for a full-time Receptionist/Administrator to join a high-performing school office team in Croydon. This term-time role begins Monday, 20th October 2025 and runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for students, staff, parents/carers, and visitors-delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Working closely with the Office Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and uphold the school's values in every interaction.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has Bromcom experience (essential)
- Has previous school reception or admin experience
- Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Holds GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Has an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Has the right to work in the UK
- Communicates with professionalism, empathy, and tact
- Is highly organised, proactive, and resilient
- Brings a genuine passion for education and student success
