Job scope:
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead to join us at Catalyst Care Group. As a Clinical Lead you will provide expert oversight and operational support for complex community care packages. The Clinical Lead will act as the named clinical professional for assigned packages, ensuring safe, person-centred, and high-quality care for individuals with complex health needs such as tracheostomies, enteral feeding, epilepsy, and long-term conditions.
As a Clinical Lead, you will conduct clinical assessments, design responsive care plans, and maintain robust risk management processes. You will champion clinical governance, compliance, and safeguarding, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
The role also involves developing and supporting healthcare teams, delivering clinical training, signing off competencies, and coaching colleagues to build confidence and capability. Collaboration with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary professionals will be central to ensuring seamless care pathways.
With an ownership mindset, the Clinical Lead will play a key role in both service excellence and business growth, mobilizing new packages, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning clinical priorities with wider organizational goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine clinical leadership with meaningful impact in a community setting.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across community care packages
Benefits:
