Our new Head Teacher will be:
Ambitious for our children to aim high and strive to succeed, creating life-long learners.
Able to work alongside the community to develop a culture in which the wellbeing of our children and families is at the heart of all we do.
Skilled in monitoring and evaluating standards of attainment, teaching, and learning and be able to create clear action plans to ensure that all children reach their highest potential.
Able to lead an inclusive culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all staff and pupils.
An outstanding primary practitioner with a track record of professional and inspirational leadership and management.
Passionate about educating our children to be supportive of themselves and others; developing empathy and shaping themselves into well rounded future citizens.
Able to make decisions and work on their own initiative whilst recognising the need to delegate and trust colleagues to maximise effectiveness.andnbsp;
