Monitoring people’s risk to pressure sores, malnutrition, and changes to level of independence
Observing and passing out new workers
Managing rota and staff in the field
Point of contact dealing with problems and queries
Reviewing staff documentation, medication practices and incidents and ensure accuracy and robustness.
Keeping track of what is working well and auditing standards of practice.
Supporting line manager holding meetings with staff as assigned
Monitoring staff visits on live system and follow up missed and not completed tasks.
Contributing to management meetings and producing quality reports including safeguarding
Being on call and supporting staff
Readiness to take on senior roles
