What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Home Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our service—supporting the Home Manager and playing a key role in day-to-day operations. This isn’t just about stepping up; it’s about stepping forward into a future where you can thrive as a leader.
- You’ll work side-by-side with experienced managers and mentors to learn what it takes to run a high-quality residential service.
- Help lead a compassionate team, creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for those we support.
- Drive person-centred care, where every individual’s voice is heard and their goals are championed.
- Get hands-on with audits, planning, safeguarding, team development, and quality assurance.
We’re looking for someone with heart, drive, and the ambition to grow.
You’ll need:
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within adult care
- A strong understanding of autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
- A proactive, positive approach to care and leadership
- A full UK driving licence
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and will require an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
